Walter C. Dornez, 16 Nov 2018To be fair, Samsung has engineered an unbreakable OLED panel that they've been testing lately.... moreAh, okay I've seen that rumour now, that the screen is fortified plastic instead of glass.
If it's crystal clear, unbreakable with no disadvantages degradation proof with no disadvantages then yes it looks good.
I doubt it would pass Jerry Rigs Everything gas lighter test, but I'm sure I'll remember not to do that.

The other 2 have Curved Infinity displays @
5.8" for the S10 (SM-G973) & 6.44" for the S10+ (SM-G975). https://m.gsmarena.com/entrylevel_galaxy_s10_to_have_infinityo_screen_sideplaced_fingerprint_scanner-news-34197.php
after waiting for so long and mocking the I phone if this is what Samsung has in its sleeves then its just a waste. a black hole on the screen for front camera..... Totally ugly and unacceptable
Walter C. Dornez, 16 Nov 2018To be fair, Samsung has engineered an unbreakable OLED panel that they've been testing lately.... moreOkay, it maybe unbreakable compared to other glass models, but gravity is gravity, glass is glass & glass breaks.
But Gorilla Glass 6 looks like a definite improvement with whatever ever else Samsung will do to help achieve unbreak-ability.
It would be a really good move if Samsung supply the phone with a military grade 360° clear case system, including a factory fitted screen protector which can be swapped out when it eventually gets micro scratches after a year or so, or eventually cracks.
This would also limit the CptNegativePower comments to only Huawei curved screen protectors ;)
JOHN, 16 Nov 2018correcting someone makes you guys happy lmfao, you guys need to look a lifeI just ask for Punctuation. I understand different people write differently, However Punctuation is a must.
Walter C. Dornez, 16 Nov 2018Also, I believe what you were trying to say was: Correcting someone makes you guys so happy, ... moretell me when you are done mr walter,it seems like orthography is very important to you, we are talking about phones and you are waisting you time talking about orthography, your life must be boring, anyhow enjoy your life cheers :)
JOHN, 16 Nov 2018correcting someone makes you guys happy lmfao, you guys need to look a lifeAlso, I believe what you were trying to say was:
Correcting someone makes you guys so happy, lmao.
You guys need to get a life
As do you John, as do you.
JOHN, 16 Nov 2018correcting someone makes you guys happy lmfao, you guys need to look a lifeI was not correcting. I was simply putting it into a more readable format so others who didn't understand what his statement was saying due to the understandable lack of punctuation would be able to understand and either agree or disagree with the opinion respectfully.

Why can't it just be a beast of a phone running a great SoC, 98% Screen-body-ratio (with little hole), running the new Android Pie overlay and lots of ram. Maybe upgrade the camera set-up (not more camera's though).... so many things before 3d face unlock b.s.
3D face unlock is definitely at the bottom of the priority list for what a flagship should have.
A single hole like that, would mean no 3D mapping for secure face unlock, something we would expect from high end devices today.
They would also have to use a vibration speaker as handset speaker for calls, and those are compromised in quality. But acceptable for an impressive full front display. Unless it will still have a bezel, but then what is the point of the camera cutout, if there is still a bezel.
No 3D face-scan and a hole in the display might be acceptable on a light version of a flagship. But such a device would either be an underpowered disappointment like Samsungs attempts in the past. Or it would be priced like a premium product, where one would expect it to come with 3D face-scan. I hope they prove me wrong, and do a light version, with almost the same camera, but not 3D face unlock and possibly a traditional fingerprint reader, with proper chipset inside and at a good price. On such a device, a hole in the display, would feel acceptable, but I'm quite sure they wont.

I hate this type of notch or hole designs .... its better less chin design ... more chances of scren break it will cost another phone
