Indeed, it is a heavy UI. It consumes more juice and uses more ram than other UI, which is a frustration to both casual users and hardcore users. Sense UI is fancy outside, but not so user-friendly.

ChillZ, 27 Nov 2011so u carried bricks ??In those days most phones were that size then a few years later smaller GSM and CDMA/analog combo phones came out that could fit in your pocket it is funny but those smaller phones were bigger and heaver than the new phones you are calling bricks and I think of those old second gen phones as normal sized so you can see why I laugh when someone calls something so small a brick.
I personally think that a thicker phone with 8 times the battery capacity would turn some of those LTE phones that seem to be 2 to 4 hour wonders into a hugely useful phone with 16 to 32 hours of heavy use capacity and be worth the higher price.
At light use you may be back to charging your smart phone every week or 2.

I dont know who buys it and why....the android phones sold by samsuck has same specs as the bada phones.. But still the android phones cost will be more then the bada phone why whats the reason... Does that mean that bada phones of sammy are garbage and at the same point the android phones of sammy are very superior huh whats the point in the price difference

And uk or us is not the only place where ppl use phones.. And htc may be leader in us but its not so popular in many other countries:-). And china is worlds number one mobile market:-). It leads in the total phones sold all over the world more number of phones are sold in bhina.. And the top seller there is still nokia htc is no where.. Any sammy come second or third...

I have to agree, Chillz. besides, who would've thought that a single core can manage to get an ICS update whereas other brands needs to rely on having dual cores just to get the ICS running in their devices. Sony aint joking with their products. but they've been in the electronics business for years and they never failed committing to their promises. they always deliver the goods.

Damn its very fluent and as per as updates all xperias launched in 2011will get ics update.. How many of the current htcs and sammys are getting the ics.. Sony mid end smartphones are also getting the ics:-).

patent, 26 Nov 2011paten will slow down innovation...... v dnt wanna see who is no 1.. if phn is good we will use... morePatent, understand that innovations is what drives this world. People and companies spend a lot of money and time to innovate , and to say that no one needs to pay for copy rights then this world will be in the dark ages. It's like free apps, notice how they are useless most of the time or all the time, but the paid apps are so, so much more useful. That's what drives this world, Money and getting paid. Surely you know this .
