Yeah it looks like Bada and the screen is LCD.

I also think it is not android but a Bada device (GT S8500 was the first Wave).
The Galaxy S mini is the Galaxy W...with a 3.7 inches screen. But a Galaxy S super mini with a 3 inches screen would be nice too.

Looks like a shorter Galaxy W: very good idea, Samsung needs small phones with good features to compete with SE Xperia mini and Ray

I bet this one is for CDMA area only. Samsung tends to do such things...slight tweaks and sell same models different areas.
I will be more interested in WAVE 3 which should be here by Q4
