Well and you guys didnt liked Xiaomi and other chinese brands for their quality and now you have it a 150 eur phone whhich is not working properly.
After the exploding Note 7, this freezing camera occurred in S8 and on Note9 again? Good that you acknowledge it now.
If this was apple doing it it would have 160 comments from haters already.
But it's ok. It's not apple so no #gates here.
In any case, good on Samsung for fixing this.
Typical samsung quality checks (non existant) and software bugs from google developers android...
it really is good to know the acknowledged the problem and are bringing a fix.
I remeber the sony xperia z2 or z3 if i'm not wrong screen issue and sony didn't do anything on that. or the recurring pixel phones issues (screen, speaker, data lose, etc).
My note 9 is arriving to me this weekend and i won't cancel my order, i can live with that while they release the update to fix it
Dude, 22 Nov 2018It's their obligation, GSMarena. People pay big monies for it, after all. What? I don't know what you're talking about.
Well, apparently my Mate 20 pro also have that freezing problem, and a message "cannot connect to camera" prompted. And sometimes restarting the device also didnt do much.
