lol@HTC fanboys. They are just hypocrites.

HTC actually counter-sued Crapple, but they keep losing(even though Google gave HTC some patents lol). Now they aren't even sued by Apple and several other companies. HTC has no patents to counter-sue so they pay what they illegally use on their software. After all their precious "Sense" is not quite original is it? lol

This is what happen to a company doesn't invest enoguh $ and contributes in the industry. HTC deserves this.

"UTMS Standard" ... So this communcation "Standard" can be used to ban HTC, yet the communication "Standard" that Samsung wants to sue Apple for cannot be used ... go figure.

It seems the legal system is pretty bias towards Apple.

I don't know how far they went in acquisition or the terms of the sale but that seriously wasn't cool at all even if it's just the way business gets done in the mobile world.

This is why I will always respect HTC, because they are mature enough to handle these situations.

Unlike samsung who acts like a teenager by constantly striking back and ironically keep losing against apple!

Grow up samsung, ur really giving ur self a bad name.

HTC: came through with cool head and neutral move, quietly get around the sue and ending all the trouble.

Unlike any other, just striking back and back and back and started patent war and also troll war, and made tech geeks turn to rage and confusion, and spamming tech blogs with their stupid war news, and make even more fanboy fragmentation, and slowing down the innovation, and wasting their money, and... Okay. HTC: quietly brilliant.
