I am using 12W iPad charger to charge my iPhone X since the day i bought the phone...!
It is not the fastest, but it's still pretty fast while also keeping my iPhone within safe limit as the iPhone X can't take more than 15W of power to charge...!
The 12W adapter takes my iPhone X from 0-100% in 1hr 50mins...while the 29W adapter will charge the iPhone X completely in 1hr 35mins...so yeah that's only 15mins...its not a problem for me...and the 12W adapter is also cheaper to buy...!
Even after a year, my iPhone X battery health is at 99% capacity...so yeah...everything is good...😎...!
I wonder what this greedy company still does on the market.
I am president of this company i would kick out all CEOs responsible for this greedy robbery and thievery on customers.
Apple marketing is worse than a cancer.

If u want it badly u can get it. It's cheap doesn't require to get a bank loan. Just making a big fuss over something minor. Only just to hate. Sad lives

Apparently you guys are so triggered that apple fans don't seem to care much? LOL

Even though iphones still have fast charging capabilities on newer devices. Like I said in previous article it's an optional choice just like u stated urself it's optional and can be turned off. Only time will tell if others will do the same. U also sent a link on a rumoured device specs. The new ipads have USB c fast charging plugs included which is from same brand. Rumours (not facts) are the next year iphones will come with USB c fast charging plugs and moving away from just lightning ports. But then u will find something else to feel great

The latest Nokia 6.1 doesn't.

Never would compare iphones to Nokia. Samsung closest to iphones in performance and durability.

Yes fast charging is optional. Just like purchasing fast charging plug for iphones is optional too. There are other alternatives too like powerbanks. It's not necessary to have fast charging but obviously there are benefits to it and also negatives aswell like lesser battery life
kalel, 06 Dec 2018Typical droid sheep commenting on Apple articles with negativity. Nokia phones also don't come... moreYes ...Nokia comes with fast chargers ... lol .. obviously you wouldn't know that being apple user
... And Lets start the flagship phones . samsung, LG, One Plus, Pixel, Huawei
And lets talk mid range - Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, motorola
All come with fast chargers
kalel, 06 Dec 2018Typical droid sheep commenting on Apple articles with negativity. Nokia phones also don't come... moreTypical apple fanboy answer .. lol
Fast Charging is an option. It saves time in some situations. No one uses it everyday. .. lol
But there is no harm in providing one. All the phones have a toggle either to enable fast charging or not. Obviously u don't know that .. and u may not know that yes "It is possible to disable fast charging with a simple software toggle" ... ROFL .. go home kid . learn something about mobile phones !!
Trying to justify that the Google cable cost more, yet it is supplied with the phone. Also when you buy the Google 18w plug it comes with a cable, which is separate on the Apple Website and you have to buy a new cable because the 18w charger is type c to lightning.

Can confirm that Aukey PD charger works pretty well. Grabbed it in combination with Aukey's USB-C to USB-C cable.
DarthSneed, 07 Dec 2018Why would I replace the phone when I can just replace the battery? ;-) As a Smartphone/iPhon... moreThat's all true and well said but not every smartphone user is a technician like urself. Iv also replaced an iphone 6 battery and realised with all the adhesives and Tiny connectors, a novice would risk doing more damage. Others would just change their phones while select few probably would take it to a shop to get battery replaced. It can be done it's easy for experienced people like urself but not for alot of others. If only batteries were made to fit in a slot where they can be clipped out and replaced. But oems wouldn't do that as people would stick with same phones and not replace them. It's not only apple who may annoy people with their policies. Every oem can do more for customers but money talks
