It's okay, apple pays alrady millions of dollars to nokia in license money, they were sued by nokia and backed off and searched for a settlement and now they pay a monthly license payment

It's a nice effect.yes... me too? i hope samsung will not let apple people see this thing or else they'll apply for a patent for this again... why not all other android phones manufacturers sue apple for the sliding down notification? its an android unique feature and now apple has this too in iOS 5... they should have make it a sliding up notification to be unique...lol

Its stupidity. If I have patent for login form then I am applicable to sue millions of companies running online web applications. This has no end. This is like saying a car cannot have round staring wheel, a chair cannot have 4 legs cos they are all patented.

i Dont respect a company that steal ideas like Samsung even if they used these ideas in a better way i believe a company like Samsung should innovate thier own ideas like Microsoft that managed to create an OS which has a completely different UI instead of stealing ideas from iPhone and put it in the Android

Software has nothing to do with acrual intellectual property, like something real, what you can hold in your hands. Thing of an calculator... at some point nobody can produce a freakin calculator other than that one firm that patented the way a computer adds 2 numbers... than you have to find a stupid workaround, which will propably need 10x the resources to process the same stupid addition... software patents really are the worst thing, that could happen to europe.

Quit with the fairy tales, your statement just isn't true.
Speaking of fairy tales WTF is this, from the article:-
