gs2 costs 100 dollars more without contract, still a better display doesn't worth a two years contract and I'd say that is a bit abnormal.

I simply waited for nexus but what a rip-off lol .

Its just like another lumia 800/iPhone 4S locked down.

No SD-slot , no UMS , Only 5 MP And Big Price.
                          No Flash (Yet !)

And after one year they dont give update just like nexus one.

Go and get galaxy s2 (yes processor for s2 is bad compared to 4s or nexus) if u want real android open-type phone.

Instead of nexus i prefer 4S very easily or even Lumia if there is choice for "OS"

but for android galaxy is the best series i have ever seen.

And just found out that the Nexus will not have Google Wallet either. What was google thinking with this device? That thing isn't worth $199, let alone $299. Google come on now, don't start thinking like Nokia.

$299.99 for a phone with NO SD CARD slot, No Flac, Xvid/Divx a/v codecs, Smaller battery than GS2, No UMS Functionality, Etc?

$299.99 for a phone with that many flaws is not worth the price. All you're paying for is a 720p (Partial HD) Screen and Vanilla ICS (That will be ported over soon anyway).

I'll pass, give me the white GS2 over this one. Google failed with the Nexus this time around.
