There is a different branch of Firfox called Waterfox that doesn't include this data collection, but it is developed by an individual it is very slow at upgrades.

Pretty decent browser, nice start, just tried it on Mate 20 Pro and I am quite happy with the performance but it is still leagues behind Samsung Browser.
Will keep a keen eye on this one.

All plugins i saw are just a variation of adblocks, all of which fail to block ads from, ahem... special sites.
