I just updated my HTC Desire HD to 2.3.5, the differences are only skin deep really the lockscreen now has a ring thing with shortcuts on it which you drag into the ring to open. sliding thru the home pages is now done in a 3d style as if the pages were at angles to each other,there is new themes there is now a task manager app standard, market looks different along with music messages gallery... yeah generaly looks better not sure i like the ring thing on the lockscreen but ll get used to it im sure...
