Your priority should be replacing my device with a glugate free device.
moon, 09 Jan 2019Are you sharing and idea or just collecting all those English words you know.? Oh, I know quite a few more English words. For instance, if your company feels the need to do clarifications about privacy policies, then you just can't go wrong with free software (as in libre).
I would call that sharing an idea, just common sense.
moon, 09 Jan 2019Are you sharing and idea or just collecting all those English words you know.? Is that your go-to response when you see complicated words that take slightly longer for you to understand?
[deleted post]It is your money. You have the freedom to use it in your method for some outdated hardware but with a higher price.

BigDisplay, 08 Jan 2019U can read about it on xda site.Link to *official* unlock from Huawei, or it never happened.
By the way, I am more than aware of the FunkyHuawei method, which has no association or support whatsoever by Huawei. Hence, that's hardly a developer friendly stance by Huawei, but rather a "you got hacked" kind of situation -- which should raise red flags to all their customers who don't want to unlock the bootloader, but do care about its security.

Next phone definitely will be the latest Mate, whenever I feel like upgrading. Soon 2 years with this one, probably go for a 3rd one and then think about upgrading it. Great phone overall!
BigDisplay, 08 Jan 2019Its easy to hear ur not a Huawei user, because this is not my experience. I now have my no. 4 ... moreI was also a SAMSUNG user for four years ago but last year I have moved to HUAWEI because SAMSUNG charged a higher price but still give some outdated hardware in their phones.
With that price range, HUAWEI already give an octa core processor but SAMSUNG still give a quad core processor.

That is one of the most important reasons for them to be success.
They blew everyone out the water in 2018, looking forward to P30 Pro and Mate 30 Pro obliterating the competition in 2019.
Still thoroughly enjoying my Mate 20 Pro and it's top class battery life.

BigDisplay, 08 Jan 2019I can unlock my Mate 20 X now... Sooo...Not officially (unless you work for them), and certainly not because of a developer friendly stance from Huawei.
