Anonymous, 10 Jan 2019Ever seen an iPhone? No bloatware there.Yes i seen and its full of bloatware.
My wannila android had 8 icons on main screen.
Running an apple there is maybe 80 or more icons on main screen.
And nothing of that bloatware is compatible with a lot better windows or android.
Its OS is good only for few people who are too lazy to use something a lot better and friendly.
CptPower, 09 Jan 2019Like we need Bloatware from apple :-)Ever seen an iPhone? No bloatware there.
Anonymous, 08 Jan 2019I bet they're only doing this because their iPhone sales are down or else this would never hap... moreThen you don’t know apple. These kind of decisions aren’t done overnight. We’re talking about months in advance before any announcement can be made. Obviously, they can’t predict lower sales of new iPhones before even the release of said iPhones?
I actually know apple, so there are three possible reasons for them to license AirPlay to competitors: 1) slowing+negligible sales of Apple TV 2) just like Apple Music for Android, allowing more non-iPhone users to consume digital contents from apple (Samsung TVs for now) 3) allow apple users to have even more products integrated in its ecosystem
Fayth, 09 Jan 2019so we don't need Apple TV anymore? Not in highend TV:s... In normal TV you still need it! It cost something to manufacturer to build in the TV apple to the TV. Apple does not skimp when they ask price!

Walter C. Dornez, 08 Jan 2019This is pretty smart. All companies involved stand to gain from this.I bet they're only doing this because their iPhone sales are down or else this would never happen, knowing them.
