I do not recommend updating. She was a mistake I had to keep re-record the original software. Czech Republic.

Got Android 2.3.5 in jammu INDIA,it works fine.....new lock screen is really attractive
But the main problem is about the battery consumption......:(
It consumes more battery than the earlier version even I have been using juice defender.....
Please help if anybody have any solution....

I am also from pakistan and i didnt got the so i chat with the htc official he asked my serial no igave him my serial no he said that you device is from singapore and he said when update will be rolled out in singapore you will get it

ayush, 20 Dec 2011got updates in India.. First factory reset the phone and then check for the update,
it worked for me (you wont see the update if the phone isn't factory reset)

From Pakistan , a friend of mine got his wildfire s updated last night. He downloaded it actually . But I can't find the update on my phone . It says my phone Is uptodate

yeah...thats cool i got it too...
for those who did not get it automatically,
just go to settings->AboutPhone->SoftwareUpdates
then check for any updates...

Go to settings. Then to About phone . Check for updates. If updates are listed then update it, using any network connection.

After reading all comments, I am kinda confused that i have to update my Wildfire S to 2.3.5 or not. Because from all the comments conclusion is coming that there is a problem with 2.3.5 version
