Iskander, 14 Dec 2011Better a good IPS display than a crappy Amoled display (I'm looking at you Motorola Razr). Bot... moreAs you mention it, both of displays have cons and pros. However, you can't deny the fact that LCD can't beat OLED in terms of theoretical technology.
In real usage, the viewing angle, contrast, color, battery life(when it turns out in black) and much more.
Anyway, "Nova" display is at least better "Retina" display for sure.

AnonD-14018, 14 Dec 2011They failed the moment they decided to use lcd.Better a good IPS display than a crappy Amoled display (I'm looking at you Motorola Razr). Both have pro's and cons, but the Nova-display of LG certainly is among the better available on phones at the moment.
