Why the F would they release this to a 'dead' operating system??? If Nokia are with WP7 these days surely they should support this with 'flagship' models rather than producing something of 'flagship' spec to an operating system that will not be supported as of 2016.

I really hope it wont run on symbian. I had oppurtunity to have Nokia 700 in my hands with symbian belle, and I must say its bad, some apps doesnt run properly, it freezes all the time. They better be using new WP8.

Nokia smart phones are complete failure altogether, sluggish, heavier, cheap built quality, dull screens and stone-age Symbian OS. I have switched over to Samsung (Android) abandoning Nokia for ever. The future is Samsung.

i hope this better than older symbian, i think must be have 1,5ghz cpu n 1ghz of ram,timescape ui for homescreen, 3,7-4'' display with nHD screen,16mpx of camera, with that, nokia will looks good. Thanks. I'm using N8 now.

4)optical zoom
5)min apt f 2.0
6)HDR mode
7)PSAM Mode
8)Min 4.2 inch HD Amoled CBD.
9)though resoultion doesn't means clarity but 16 or more megapixel is required to make a killer phone....
Otherwise samsung will kill you...

If Nokia want to do more competiting with Samsung we want more 4" screen mobiles from them,as how can just a camera make you buy this if you have the Galaxy S2 an with S3 on the way,Nokia better change this idea or may lose out again

Why is it hard for you guys to believe that the screen resolution is WVGA.
To enlighten you, Symbian Belle removed Symbian's nHD restriction, opening it up to other resolutions(hopefully always at par or better than nHD).

The reason why there is huge bulge is to accomodate the xenon flash and the awesome camera from N8! way to go nokia!

Expecting Carl Zeiss lens with full focus, a dedicated stereo music player & a secondary camera also, available at reasonable price. No doubt it will run on Symbian Belle & will have AMOLED capacitive screen. I wish it will be impressive unlike previous handsets. Release it soon. Best of Luck!!!
