This ROM is not a release at all: see title: "Samsung releases Android 4.0.1 custom ROM for Galaxy S II"

Come on. It's a leaked firmware, published without any kind of authorization. Get your facts straight.

Good to see samsung working on it.

I tried this rom. Everything works. But its just buggy :P

Calls, sms, data, wifi work for sure. Browsing through the default browser was good as well.

Camera might or might not work some times. It crashed for me but others report otherwise. Touchwiz is lifted straight from v2.3 and not yet shaped for ICS.

But this is a good sign that we may have a stable leak in the coming month as all the functions just have to be polished. Also the CM9 team is woking hard to get ICS on the SGS2

Quite a quick a release, but a shame that it looks so similar to the 2.3 and not more ICS goodness
