I think both products are good, and if the patent is bringing a real innovation, then it is normal to be protected as it cost some money. Only innovation is good for customer, if no patent then no innovations . But I m also against patent everything which is a kind of barrier to competition. Apple has the bad habit to patent everything even thing which should not be protected and Samsung is trying too much to copy or to be too much inspire by Apple.
