i just wondering,,, why do "Apple" keep on suing this Android market while they only mimicking each other?? oh yeah SGS2 really do make a copy of iphone but hey apple,, did your guys already went to china and checked out the REAL copy of your company stores?? and your products??? a lot of them are now on the asian market,,, APPLE sue them first for God's sake!!! your suing companies that also manufacturer of your chipsets! lols!

Ok who the F*** keeps giving all these patents to APPLE!!?? You can't bounce, you can't make devices that are slender with rounded edges, you can't have a touch screen, you can't make calls, you can't have a thin device! AHHHH!!!! Stop selling your patents to Apple! They are only acquiring patents in order to sue people. Not because they invented something(That would be hilarious), not to protect anything...Just to have every means possible to sue competition. Most patents they have are on things that have been around for a while(before their time), things that should not be allowed to be patented(slender with round edges), or things they are just buying off other companies. Like when they acquired that one recently for transmitting and receiving data..SERIOUSLY!

Except Nokia, all other manufacturer's should be ashamed of themselves. All infringements they file originaly comes and was featured on Nokia phones early before they existed in this competition. People tend to find something new from other manufacturer's, not contented of what they have. Now I realize why I still on Nokia's ship, no chaos was in here, no war was occuring here. how about yours? Hmm... I can't count them all. May this be a lesson to all, “The recipe for perpetual ignorance is: Be satisfied with your opinions and content with your knowledge.” Let us not try to compare 25 years old of innovation to a 5-10 years of innovation because truths that are hidden will reveal itself all over again.

I was going to say getting fed up with this company,actually fed up with crapple years ago..They came into mobiles very late and claiming all the patents that were commonplace on mobiles years ago..If they want to play dirty then all the other companys should pull together and not give any licenced patents to crapple,not one.Then crapple could not even make phones because they would be infringing on patents taken out years ago..
I think they have a ruddy cheek.Crapple are treading on glass because how long will it take for all the companys to withdraw patents that crapple use..It always seems to be an American thing as well,,well USA everything does not rtevolve around you in this world even if you think so.

Apple is a thorn in the flesh. Excruciating pain in the posterior. With the sole intention of impeding innovation and tech. growth. For heaven's sake even my long gone Nokia 5130 XM (May the soul of that great musician rest in peace) had this feature in the texts. At this trend Apple will start claiming patents for Oxygen and God knows what. Am glad Samsung and the Chinese(iPad tradename ban) are slapping some sense into this green-eyed monster.

I really hate Apple!
I hope Samsung and HTC and... can sue Apple and ban iPhones from every market in every country because Apple needs to learn that they must stop these childish court battles where Apple have ridiculous "patents", like the "bounce effect" at the end of lists and the "rectangular shape"..., and Apple then try to ban every competitor from competing against iPhones and iPads even though Apple should know that HTC and Samsung only needs to remove the "bounce effect"... and Apple then have gained nothing but hate, and wasted courts time!
I will never ever buy anything from the childish, greedy and evil Apple!
