Older Symbian-running Nokias to get Belle in February 2012 Comments

Ady, 22 Dec 2011What abt all other symbian s60 5th version phones will they get any update for their os?For s60v5 phones like 5800 or N97, they might get firmware update for the OS that they r using now but they won't get Belle. Because Belle is too demanding for s60v5 phones which have very weak power for standard of phone nowadays. Anyway, no phone's manufacturer will really upgrade the OS of their phones which are like more than 5 years old.

Elder phones such as s60 will not get Belle! These are all "legacy" devices according to Nokia.
I read another article, it is simply stating that any current S^3 or Anna device will receive update to Nokia Belle (i.e. the elder phones). The new phones already come pre-installed with "Nokia Belle".

Just stop saying or comparing phones and saying which one is better..very boring things already. For me, i think Nokia should reproduced Nokia N8, like what Samsung did with their Samsung Galaxy S, by producing Galaxy S Plus. So, producing new version (not the successor of n8, just new version) with some new things inside like Belle as its OS with some tweak or add-on specially for N8, faster processor like 1Ghz and new version of GPU and better RAM (similar to what new Nokia devices has now), more option for body color (add pure-white and purple) and etc. That would be cool indeed.

thats nokia make money of you and leave you hanging to dry recently bought "3" yes 3 blackberrys for my family and they are loving it thats 3 less for nokia hehe.but i have to wait end 2012 when my contract is up.guys dont waste your time why left out by nokia they just dont care about us.move on mates andriod is killing nokia blackberry is killed nokia in my country.

The N95 runs an ancient 300Mhz processor, no touch support and basically nothing in common with a modern smartphone

1.Screen resolution c7 has better and amoled too.
2.camera c7 8MP edof better than ace.
3.usb on the go.
4.fm transmitter.
5.ace video recording is joke.
6.HD video playback.
7. Proccessor ram almost the same.
8. Belle can compete with android 2.2 froyo atleast.
9. Hd games and better gpu.
And many more.
Just becoz a device has android it doesn't make it better than others.

galaxy ace is a shit phone it can't compete even with the c7.
