Kudos to SE, they actually upgrade their whole 2011 Xperia line, give me any other manufacturer that does that?? Who cares if it's 3 or 4 mths ahead? Are you for real? Samsung updates 3 models in late march/early april as a comparison

AnonD-35081, 21 Dec 2011i have xperia x2 with many problams in garanty andy sony ericsson don´t care about my pr... moreI also had the same problem with my x1. The reason they dont care is that x1 and x2 run windows mobile and support for that was ended 2 years ago because microsoft was(THEN) about to realease their new os that is windows phone 7 which now has all the attention of microsoft.

If you still want to buy a sony phone them go for arc or neo. :)

The January info was obviously a hoax, like I said.

Anyway by April/May I will most probably not have my Arc anymore.

i dont care much wen the rice scream bandwidth update is coming, but it would be nice if SE makes an update to 2.3 so they would work better. Now i have to admit that 2.3 is better on SE than most other brands, for example HTC has far more bugs in 2.3. We have to admit that no matter what brand or model our fone is, the real problem is android, and 2.3 is the most buggy so far. i suspect 4.0 will be even more flawed by bugs, its the way android is going (new versions are prioritized more than making current versions work)

i have to give credits to iphone4 owners, they are indeed smarter than us, they bought fones that actually works as intended, while stupid me tried lots of android fones thinking that sooner or later i would find one that works well. Now i know i will never find a good android fone, android is inherently defective.

SE is d only company to update 11/12 android devices(the complete 2011 lineup) to ICS making sure no one gets left behind... not like other companies who don't even give a sh*t abt their past customers !!!
