Anonymous, 23 Dec 2011Yea, I agree with your first line... They still can and even more intensify the tech develop... moreYou just admitted to yourself that Samsung is more of copying rather than taking the lead. I never seen a technology that was developed by Samsung that are now part of standards of this new era of mobile computing. Yes, Samsung has so many great products, but it's not a game changer at all.

Instead of ruling in favor of a company, someone really need to become a mediator, so they could just compromise

and I swear, I will not charge a penny for doing this

They still can and even more intensify the tech development, finding new patent and avoid getting sued

Looking in the positive side of this legal battle miss, it somehow forces the manufacturer to focus on developing new technologies. I don't believe that this legal battle limits the creative thinking of the designers. So for those hypocrite saying that it's better to focus on developing new technologies rather that legal battles, I would say that better focus on developing new technologies and designs rather than copying it.

Like I said a few weeks ago, a friend of mine, who works in a german court said that apple have set up a Permanent office there so they can keep logging cases against other companies. Apple will feel the pain when they get banned by motorola!!!

If you can get crapple to stop suing companies that make superior products to them I'm sure more companies would come out with even better products.
