Note 10 should pack with 12 gig of ram as base model since Samsung going to add 4 camera back + 2 in front + Spen + Spen remote including Samsung heavy UI.

Also others including recent Samsung's have been increasing the aspect ratios, the S10's going to 19:9 from the S & Note 9's 18.5:9.
IMO going above 18.5:9 will cause the units to be too long (& skinny) too fit into people's pockets.
The Note9's height of 161.9 mm (6.374") is the max for my pocket (and probably most others), especially as I keep it in a mil. std. case.
It's possible to fit a 6.66" 18.5:9 screen into the Note9's footprint (which would please the bezel less fans (which I'm not if this means punch holes, I'd prefer an uninterrupted display with minimized bezels containing some juicy front firing speakers)).

I think it's time I move on from Note to the S series. I've been a Note user since Note 3 - I've had Note 3, Note5, Note7(+), Note8. The Note8 is, at times, already uncomfortably long for me. I can only imagine the Note10 getting even bigger. Note7 was the perfect size for me but sadly, I only had it for a very short time. The size of the new S10+ comes closest to it and I might be upgrading to it from my Note8. Frankly, the Note series is no longer as compelling as it once was. And maybe, they should just launch it three months after the S series. 6 mos is already too stale for almost the same specs.

i think its time to merge Note series to S, just bundle S+ with spen, Se and S regular.
coz as a Note user myself i dont like waiting for 6 month to get the device same like S.
samsung you better keep the 3.5mm jack :P

And now, I'm fearing that Note 10 will be huge. At least 7 inch screen size, I think... to differentiate it well from S series.

the Note 5 should've used A72 at 2.1 GHz compared to A57 on S6, Or if not use A72. clock the A57 within the note at 2.4 GHz)
the note 7/FE should've clocked their CPUs at 2.5 GHz comparing to 2.3 on S7
note 8 should've gone 2.6 GHz instead of 2.3 GHz
Note 9 should've gone 3 GHz instead of 2.7
and so much more... these overclocks are MEANINGFUL for the note as the same happend with the previous notes.

But. now this news... I think Note series should be ended for good.
Its a generic dictionary word and everyone is using it, Xiaomi, Lenovo, even Apple (laptop), lol.

From the last years the Note series is just S+ with S Pen
And small improvements of existing features.
Samsung used to have the Note series their main flagship until Note 4. Note 4 was their last TRUE MARKET LEADER
From Note 5 it is just S+ with Pen

i think it is a competition between Samsung and Nokia to which can put the most camera's on the back of a phone. Either way i think it is getting rather ridiculous.
if they think that this will be a benefit then i am loosing the plot in the tech world

I think its time Samsung thinks out of the box and comes with the fold + pen for its next note. Makes more sense to have a pen that way, than it just being a remote control for your camera or as rumor suggests... a spy cam!

Bro, It's normal for indians to ask for flagship at $300 and we still even complain on that. Xiaomi even gave the POCO at $250 because a lot is still complain. That's just not the case here in India where we dont accept expensive phone prices. We're always looking for the cheapest flagship and even when we have it, others still complain. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but I dont know. Im a Pixel 2XL user by the way. Sorry for bad english.

Oh man whats wrong with this Samsung.
Since S5 all its upcomming flagships looks worse and worse.
Curved screen is really NO for me and the note series looks also more and more ugly.
The back side looks like cut by guilotine.
Head has been teared apart from body :-)

(they are both on sale now)...
so not just apple and samsung, all flagship phones are priced the same(i guess s10 is the most worth it)... If you want premium flagship phone you must pay the price... u can still buy xiaomi, oppo, vivo if you want mid to low end phone so stop complaining.
