How about real CPU multi core support? gingerbread runs fine on dual core and it really is upto dev to make application multi thread or multi core spport

If the Nexus S can get the update with the same hardware specs as Galaxy S then why Samsung isn't considering it? Ultimately I think one should only go only for the Nexus line of phones to get regular and timely updates.

well im being a true fan of samsung was really annoyed why wud they not give ICS to galaxy s as compared to the nexus S...please give us ICS for galaxy S im a very loyal customer and i dont want to change that ...thanks

It's still trying to catch up to Android Froyo and still can't match it. That's how outdated Symbian is. Symbian Belle is bringing features in 2012 that Android had years ago.

i knew they would do this
look what HTC did with their desire they updated it to gingerbread and sense 3.0 .
first they said the phone cant run gingerbread and people got angry on their facebook page
