Anonymous, 04 Mar 2019Proof please. Wired audio. No compression and no latency. Wireless audio. Compressed. Latency.... moreWe've tried educating him ;)
Samsung, LG, Sony & HTC have the 3.5mm jack (I believe the latter 2 lost it temporarily along with customers don't know if HTC will recover especially after selling out to Google for $1.1B).
Some people seem to think that 3.5mm jack is instead of the latest Bluetooth 5, or it can't have the IP68 dust/water proof (up to 1.5m for 30 mins), when clearly they have BOTH.
I prefer the choice of both, especially as wired is still better quality than wireless & there's zero latency.
I know that recent wireless headphones have improved alot in sound quality, to the point where it's actually worth getting a pair, I'll get a pair whenever I need/ want, like the Sony WH-1000XM3.
Notice these headphones include the 3.5mm jack for whenever needed, "The headphones come in a nicer looking and better feeling case, which manages to fit a 3.5mm audio cable, the USB-C cable and the plug adapter for in-flight use inside.":
I like being able to plug my phone into my car stereo or HiFi amplifier using the 3.5mm jack to L&R RCA's, & charge my phone at the same time.
If anyone hasn't tried hooking up your phone to their HiFi, they should, it's awesome.
Last December 2017 GSMA did a Weekly poll: Do you still use a 3.5mm audio jack?:
69% voted for 'I do, wouldn't buy a phone without one':
If they repeat this poll it may be less overall (as some don't know what they're missing)
but any audiophiles on Samsung, LG, Sony & HTC it will be more.
In September 2016 when Apple launched the iPhone 7 without a 3.5mm jack, 46% (the majority) of their users weren't very happy about it, and said that they wouldn't get the iPhone 7:
iPhone hacker Scotty Allen found that there was space to put headphone jack back (29 Aug 2018):

Bluetooth or wireless is always a lot better.
So many people bashing Samsung Galaxy Fold and Huawei Mate X saying both of them are unfinished product. Well IMO, both of them are great phones and easily buried the Royole Flexpai under the soil

Anonymous, 03 Mar 2019A big fat phone. Samsung should spend another 3 years to redesign the phone or buy the patent. and mate x is a thin flimsy phone with film like wrinkle screen in the middle .. lmao .. huawei should spend another 4 years to buy good screens from other manufacturers or buy it from samsung ... lol !!!
SilentAsian11, 02 Mar 2019From the release keynote this video https://youtu.be/E9Hrr7dnhEg on 5:18 which is a horrible design ... so to unfold the phone u got to spread out the case ???? ... lmao ... most ridiculous and brainless design .. that case is good when phone is in folded mode ... for back screen u need to flap it out and to unfold u need to remove it ... lol !!!!
