Android is just another common platform. It will be a norm that nobody ever notices.

Anonymous, 31 Dec 2011Market share is going good for Android but app developers aren't making much money on Android.... morePretty much just means Apple users pay money for apps that are free on Android, or pay a higher price. The apps themselves are identical. Angry Birds would probably be a pretty well known example. Costs on WM7 and iOS, but free on Android. Exact same game.

WP7 will be boosted by a few factors in 2012. Sales of Lumia 800 will establish some degree of momentum, as well as some of Android's weaknesses which are getting harder and harder to cover up.

In my opinion, WP7 won't wipe Android out for sure, but will claw back some market share at least, Microsoft has invested too much to just give up just like that.

nokiafailure, 30 Dec 2011Wp7 take ovet i doubt it.id put my house on it.Its terrible boring and lacks customisation and... moreLOL. What a troll. "I've tried it and its full of malware". Bullshit.

Obviously you've never set their hands on a WP7 device, which is as closed as an iOS system - hence in every regard, malware free.

Old fashioned? Haha, syncing through Zune makes the iTunes interface look dated - and the overly-copied app icon across iOS and Android is the one that's dated. Live tiles really makes for a clean, sophisticated and minimalist look.

This is coming from someone who still uses an iPhone 4, and gave up his clunky Sensation for a WP7 (HD7). I can completely live without iOS once the essential apps I use come to WP, and seeing as to how things are, it wouldn't be long now!

I am just wondering if you can also let me know if it's really end of the world on 2012. Anyway, I like Nokia phones but I like Android better. The combination of both is the best (for me).

android is good opreting system but not exellent yet becaus nokia symbian OS is uniqe and its feature is stong like when we exit software then that software completly exit.because we axpect better battry backup & one app/software contain related more 2 or 3 feature extra their is prove of uniqueness of symbian OS . In androidOS that big disadvantage is that batry backup is very poore and increasing OS Updation because month per month they are increas OS because of we by today android 2.2 & next of few day come new update on old price point like android2.3 then software that time base 2.3 not to 2.2 because of we should not enjoy upcoming application, soft, game & etc.because more of that depend on 2.3 or etc.in android market there is very costly app's and leftover is some work and more remain petty .so i request stop update OS Version and made realy working software then come on exellent position.
