A friend of mine is selling bootloaders in Germany if any Moto uses are interested.
This is a shame about moto as they are one of my fav phones in the past.
I will be getting my RAZR rooted and bootloaded as soon as I go to germany. Until then I will have to carry using my N9.
All the best

People nee to be complaining about the carriers taking away unlimited data plans! Why people buy smarphones without unlimited data plan remains a mystery to me...
Tizen Takeover, 05 Jan 2012LOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!! Google really screwed themselves when they started updating Android phones.... moreSo much blar..blar... so little content. Your point is that you are happy with your phone and you think that everyone else is not. I am happy with my phone but i still expect great support which includes updates especially those that are officially announce.
Tizen Takeover, 05 Jan 2012LOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!! Google really screwed themselves when they started updating Android phones.... moreYou may be right for phones. Here we are speaking about smartphones, which are handheld computers (which happen to also make phone calls, often with less clarity and always with less battery life than their dumb counterparts). So I guess that you are ok with the os that came pre-installed on your PC and never install another OS version. Enjoy posting while you still have a functional computer then: it will not last long, because no security patches for you either...). Bah, once it stop working, just buy a new one with an up-to-date pre-installed OS...
jim, 05 Jan 2012what is this bootloaders...........?MS-DOS for android phones lol
i have Motorola milestone , i will never buy a motorola product. To bad that they make bar android phones with qwerty and good resolution screen.
LOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!! Google really screwed themselves when they started updating Android phones. Now almost everybody thinks they "deserve" the latest on THEIR phone for the rest of their lives for free. LOLOLOL!!!! What? You not satisfied with your phone As it Is? Then why did you buy it in the first place?
First it was the Samsung Loyalists that immediately turned their backs on Samsung after years of Defending them to the death and wishing death on other companies (Even after the Behold 2, they still didn't learn, so then Samsung started supporting and they fell back into the trap and got Burned AGAIN. How does the saying go? Fool Me once shame on you, fool me twice Shame on Me? Seems like you should've learned by now).
Anyway, on topic again, If you buy a phone, you need to buy it because you like it AS IT IS AT THE MOMENT, NOT BECAUSE YOU THINK IT WILL GET UPDATES DOWN THE ROAD!!! THE SOONER YOU PEOPLE LEARN THIS, THE SOONER YOU'LL STOP FALLING FOR THIS ANNUAL CRAP!!!
Until then, I'm going to Laugh at ALL of you for constantly falling for the same junk OVER and OVER and OVER until you all learn. So keep making my day brighter.
My mate of mine at Motorola software development told me they will be releasing a bootloader within weeks.
Anonymous, 05 Jan 2012Why don't all manufacturers just provide a clean and basic Android with nothing on top. That w... moreAgreed sometimes they just over did it.WHAT A SHAME!!!the law should enforce all cell phones to be unlocked.
Anybody else's Droid Razr falling apart? on top of that the update made the battery life worse! i cant wait for it to be unlocked! im really concidering selling off my phone! come on Motorola, Step UP!
ua good our product our right after bought thats our mobile moto must unlock their mobiles
Why don't all manufacturers just provide a clean and basic Android with nothing on top. That would really save a lot of work for them and a lot of nerves for all of us. We will get the updates on time and all android phones will be much faster. The user are free to install anything else they want and need from the market.
