is it update on xperia arc or no.........
Zack1, 09 Jan 2012Xperia™ ion http://developer.sonyericsson.com/wp/2012/01/09/introducing-xperia-ion-our-first-... moreGoodbye Sony Ericsson...this is a "Sony" branded phone.
The problem SonyE have is that they're too quick to incrementally update their phones...
First they release the Arc - a great looking phone, but specs-wise lacking behind other flagships...
Then they release Arc S - a bit better, but still not getting there within 6 months of each other...
Similarly here - whatever the duo is called (Nozomi perhaps) - it's still about 6 months too late and when it comes out even more so..
Rumoured specs for Galaxy S3 - 4.5" screen, HD screen, 2MB RAM, 32gb storage + 32gb card storage, QUAD core processor, 12mb camera, etc. etc.
You see what SonyE has to contend with... why would you buy a Nozomi a) when you know they're likely to improve it 6 months down the line and b) when other manufacturers are killing them re: specs...?
The only reason people bought Arc was because if it's fab design...
This backwards-step in design - back to clunky, chunky rectangles that don't appeal to females as much as males is going to make them lose a lot of business...
I suspect HTC won't be far behind Sammy re: specs either - but again their designs are pretty poor...
WHO KNOWS WHAT FEB 28TH WILL BRING?!?!
HOPEFULLY SOME INNOVATION IN HANDSET DESIGN!!!
i love this phoneeeee
Anonymous, 08 Jan 2012mate if u look at live shots it clearly says Sony Ericsson the split wont happen till Q2/3 so ... moreToday we got the third teaser about the upcoming new Xperia phone. It will be announced on CES in Las Vegas in a few days. Unfortunately, all three teases show a device awfully similar with the arc/arc S rather than highly awaited arc HD, codenamed Nozomi. We already met the Nozomi/arc HD and it...

Definitely this model of XPERIA will be very nice and it should be released with good specifications. Hope this will be a good ones. All the best.
