Lower production props/facilities
Usually the videos that are done without the excessive props or production space etc usually focus more on style over substance , look for reviews done at home
at more humble places etc example Frankie tech
Script/dialogue
If it's too scripted generally it isn't as genuine
Other things like lower subscriber count
Long term reviews
Showing "meta data" from applications to judge quality or quantity for example bit rates or audio channel(s) for video samples rather than word of mouth
Diversified portfolio for reviews
Meaning not only reviews on smartphones only but look for if the reviewer shows personsl interest in reviewing other products despite popularity

Anyone can go on YouTube, proclaim they are THE expert at whatever they feel like, get paid mucho dinero by a company and then do whatever it takes to make the product they were paid to support the best one out there. You can't check for yourself the authenticity of the test. Some pics may even not be taken from the compared devices (or edited)! Those are all good reasons to not accept YouTube videos as a source.

What's the purpose of oppo creating reno? unless they are going to be cheaper than what oppo's prices are, then its just another duplicate brand for them.

For their low end devices their cameras are bad
But upper mid range and flagships from oppo are top 10 in camera quality
Educate yourself on the oppo r17 pro this phone beat the S10, iPhones in low light and went toe to toe with the Google pixel in low light.
