Fantastic job by Nokia, N9 is da bomb and Nokia Lumia 900 is going to chase many away b4 windows8 and carla & donna comes, wait, till u see d best of Nokia with windows, symbian and meego, Nokia will continue to rule no matter what.

There is a document viewer and yes it does support .pdf.
Codecs not too sure since haven't used many videos.
Skype, Facebook, Twitter all come pre-installed with the phone

i am really bored of android and the lack of true multi-tasking (whatever others may claim), i really liked n9 in my short try and liked the way it handle multible apps at the same time even with only 512mb ram! but i am wondering about apps: do u have gps apps other than nokia maps? pdf and pdb book readers? does it play all video codecs? does it have skype yet (i know no viber yet!), and how is that app for emulation of android apps?

A quick search will point you to the MeeGo forums. But, on the other hand, I can't remember anyone promising Flash. Why would they, YouTube works good enough and as for me, I'm a whole lot better off without those pesky Flash ads [N9 user] :D

This is the most important thing that distinguishes N9 from other phones. Oh, and in a later post, you compare a mobile phone to a dedicated e-book reader?

even funnier that samsung/android fanboys feel the need to defend their brand and OS of choice in Nokia related threads'.
I've used android quite extensively, and I can safely say that it's nothing special next to WP or Symbian. In fact, it's a fragmented pile of crap that tries to mimic other operating systems but fails miserably.
google has obviously done a commendable job of brainwashing users like "anonymous", and I take my hat off to them for that, but let's be honest for a second- a mobile phone won't fill the void in his life created by years of being ostracized and/or rejected by his fellow peers, no matter how strong the need for acceptance and belonging is. I suggest professional help for these lonely trolls.
