xreactx, 23 Apr 2019I think the Pro model will still be the best bang for the buck. And I think that red roses are green. Until the "May 14" prove otherwise.

The issue with the OnePlus 7 is that it's not as good as the Samsung S10e, for the same price. And the issue of the OnePlus 7 Pro is that it will have a USB 2.0, No headphone jack, Not good speakers, No IP68, and mid-range camera performance. And chances are the fingerprint scanner will be optical, the front camera won't be under display, the phone won't be durable/shock resistant, it will lack microSD expansion.
You may as well save your money and buy the BlackShark2, or better yet the Xiaomi PocoPhone 2. I'm personally waiting for the ASUS RoG Phone 2 with IP68, or proper root/TWRP/Custom ROM for the Snapdragon Samsung S10+ or LG G8 and also proper Glass Protector.
*After the OnePlus 3, where the devices didn't get much better but the prices rose up away from "flagship-killer" and towards "flagship-priced", since they failed to catch up on the other aspects of the smartphone experience.
Depth sensor rlly another xiaomi and will say its like another cam..
not upto expectations
What's the point of a 6.4 inch and a 6.7 inch display? Variety? Choice? Why not a 5.8 and a 6.5?
OnePlus has become what once it was competing against.

Meanwhile the Pro version (non 5G) could be a decent purchase if not overpriced.

Sad approach. Why offer less than 140hz if raising hz at all? (Razer). ROM offered is usual, RAM is usual. They will raise prizes for pro models. Better get a Mi Mix 3 with 8/10GB RAM and 128/256GB ROM if you can live with a 845. The bigger model of those (10/256) is 550€ right now. Guess oneplus will be 650€+. always settle...oneplus 1 and 2 were great, they f* up with the 3.

I was actually excited about the vanilla 7. But it seems like the phone ain't getting any major improvement than the much hyped 48MP camera found in phones costing a third, and a price hike. Seems like people looking for budget flagships have no other option than Xiaomi anymore. I wish Oneplus still make ~$500 phones...

Anonymous, 23 Apr 2019what is the difference between 1+6T and 1+7 exactly?Seems that worse cameras than 6T and SD855. Perhaps some software trick feature added... Well, and higher price, of course, "Never Settle".
6.7-inch QHD+ screen, 90 Hz, 5g and 4000 mA/h battery - it's a fail. Half of a day and battery drained. Perfect combination, yep.
It's still a shame that OnePlus have given up with the 'flagship killer' approach. The price of the Pro is expected to be in line with current flagships, S10, P30, G8 etc and the standard 7 is going to be higher than the likes of Xiaomi's Mi 9 and Mix 3 5g and the upcoming Honor 20s.
"The OnePlus 7 will ship with a 3,700 mAh battery with 20W fast charging, unlike the Pro variant which will pack a 4,000 mAh cell with 30W Warp Charge support."
Never Settle!
what is the difference between 1+6T and 1+7 exactly?
