But it does have a imei. Instead of imei it has meid.
Can i intall full software to phone with imei and unlock?

ihave this phone also last 2012 galaxy s2 wimax from au kddi,from my sister in japan i try to unlock this phone but no luck. not only because no available (codes) because no IMEI (instead MEID),Theres no 3g or 2g network in mobile network setting, only au network setting. u cannot call d emergency no. 112. i think there's no chance to unlock this phone...i only use my phone as a device for pocket wifi and for mp3.
