lg is the third greatest company in phone manufacturing and they dont need some stupid people buy their products.some people who think they are smart beacause they dont buy lg phones but they are stupid because they pay more money for other only for better logo and less quality.actually some nokia and samsung phones dont have the quality present in lg phones avalable in the same price range.

android is pushing a fierce battle of hardware, I love android but companies shouldn't upgrade that fast and should use our actual hardware at max. actually no app need a dual core, do you really need a Quad core?

2.You do know only modern TVs with Wi-Fi support DLNA right?

3.Games on big tv with PS3 controller...by games do you mean Angry Birds or Where's my Water? Because a single core phone can run those games without lagg easily.

the basics of the phone is texting and calling. If it cant, its not a phone. If you need more than that, get your self a computer.

this is an important development even if at this point in time, the limited usage of smartphones doesn't require 4 cores. i believe in near future, laptops will become obsolete and we'll simply carry all the data and processing power in our packets. what we'll leave in our offices are laptop docks(moto atrix style). No more bulky bags.
Thats also why i believe windows phone 7 has the brightest future once mobile OS and PC OS merges into one thus making all major design softwares of all fields compatible to a mobile phone.

I think the aim should be to make more visually pleasing(and efficient) displays using the same dual core chips and smaller batteries not to just up the processor after all its a phone not a gaming console the focus should be user experience not hardware

I what I would like to have upgraded in my mobile would be battery not processor.
They are going one step to far. should use the double core processors a bit more and only move to quad-cores when batteries are up to the job.
And buying such an advanced product from LG... a budget brand by tradition, can only mean one thing: you will get into trouble.
they will mess something up. You want top of the range products? Buy a high end brand.

Also quad core tegra 3 gives better battery life than single core.

Still don't get the idea of putting quad cores and fast processors in a mobile phone, why don't develop a battery that will last 3 days or more?? yeah i got a HD 3D display but how am i going to appreciate it while all i do was lowering the screen brightness to minimum or else my phone will not last for 12 hours, i don't want to charge my phone on every socket that i will encounter lols! i got a dual core phone but can i encode or edit files from that? and who will edit an office report on a phone??? phones are for basic communicating device, yes it can do lot of things now a days but develop what's important......
