My point was abt dual glass phones. And it's a fact that most manufacturers bundle in a case with their phones these days bcos of how slippery they r.
Xiaomi India is very manipulative. So easy to manipulate Indian buyers. They keep fooling people but fans will be fans and keep supporting them regardless.

I prefer scratch proof material with somewhat above average looks

I also have a galaxy tab without a case that i've been using for four years. Cases are not for everybody, I personally think people who use cases are those who tend to be not careful. Manufacturers design phones for you to use it as it is, not to cover its aesthetic with a case
new S only has red colour case, no new hardware? shame, just buy Note7 at discounted price
Can't we sue them?
I mean, they sold us a watered down redmi note 7 without us knowing, and now they gonna sell "the real" redmi note 7 with a slapped "s" on the name while telling us it's new device.

I honestly cldnt tell the difference between it and glass after touching it. So it essentially feels like glass but has none of the drawbacks. Sure it scratches more easily, but who in their right mind uses a phone without case these days? Yet, all the reviews I've seen of the phone, complain abt the fact that the back is made of plastic and praise something like Redmi Note 7 for having glass. I honestly don't get it...
Please bring back metal and plastic bodies of manufacturers love glass so much then give us glass fibre enhanced plastic please
Glass is so stupid, everyone is so eager to be skeptical of moving parts breaking and happily accepts glass and then it falls and shatters smh
Oppaii, 17 May 2019Idk but this man cringe the hell out of me.I don't like this guy either prefer the old vp Hugo Barra.
No doubts any longer about it being just to global RN7
It's all down to pricing now
I think this is the 48mp global variant of RN7. Very clever marketing Xiaomi huh!
[deleted post]I seriously don't get why these "smart"phones are tracking so far back with this form factor. Like everything used to be perfect: Realistic size, metal builds, removable batteries, jacks, dedicated card slots and ingress protection
Heck, I once thought it may have been that actual tablets themselves just didn't deliver the performance needed for comfortable media consumption. But this? It's absurd
