I was able to download Bada 2 a few weeks ago and working great, then had another problem with my phone so had to send it back to my provider for a hardware repair
Got phone back today but no longer in Bada2, have tried to downlload again to no avail
So sorry how's this suddenly a provider issue?

Hey finally i was able to update my Wave 8500 with the Bada 2.0, its working fast and alot better. Feels like my phone has just reborn. :)

why i didnt get update when i use kies...it state the latest firmware but mine still bada 1.2

vipin, 16 Apr 2012while trying to upgrade the firmware of my wave( gt s8500)....its showing that additional 14 m... moreyou may need to delete the Browser cookies, history, and any emails to free up the space on system drive.

I plugged in to kies last night for contacts backup and ended up installing Bada 2.0 !!
Its is working fantastic :P kudos to developers!

I didn't get the update via Kies. I once dropped by the service center to get my loose camera key fixed and they told me that the update is available. They charged me 150 for it.

Bada 2.0 update is availalbe in India now (officially on Kies). Its really awesome and just studded with latest features. Enjoy

I can't update by Wave GTS8500 to bada 2.0 through kies. it has only updated 2 bada 1.2 and it says this is the latest firmware.plz help me out

MY GT8500 wave cannot be updated through Kies. The site is saying that this phone is not registered for upgrades. How can I get any firmware /Bada upgrades?
