USA is making US companies to move from US to a different country (Europe).
Good job US. Really helping your economy grow.

SZTadir , 01 Jun 2019There is something wrong with the title that I can't put my finger on it.
In any case, ther... moreWithout Android they will hit the "app gap" wall most certainly, like Microsoft and Blackberry. They can use a forked Android and top of that of course can be their own Android skin EMUI. So most of Android apps will be available to their OS. Since Play Store is not working on China, most of Chinese OEMs have their own app stores. Probably Huawei already have their own Android app store.
But they can have no replacement to some Google apps. They can offer some sort of alternatives to Gmail and Maps I guess, but Youtube will hurt them must. Since no other alternative has such a rich content.
More importantly without ARM they just have no alternative. Through next year they can use next Kirin chipsets, but after that they seems like pretty much screwed. There are alternatives to ARM ISA like OPEN RISC or RISC-V, but most of them also American. I don't know if being open source helps the Huawei in that case, but even than they have to develop a CPU which is building it from the ground takes years. Not to mention Android apps probably won't work with another ISA. Android supports ARM, MIPS and x86/x64. Not to mention GPU and other parts.
L973, 01 Jun 2019China/Taiwan have Nanya tho... not very relevant or active currently but still a maker worth c... moreForgot about nanya, but there is another problem.
Does nanya can supply all of Huawei's demands alone?
Micron is such a small player behind Samsung, Hynix and Toshiba it will just hurt Micron more.
s4f786, 01 Jun 2019Huawei said it right, this move will hurt US companies than it will them Trump, his administration and his supporters will never understand comments like this, if you know what I mean
The LOAN of US country is around 10 trillions dollars.
Now after a trade war with china where huawei suffers US loan can grow to more than 10 trillions.
When comes to repay i hope Huawei will sucks US like wamrpires.

Why google services including play store and google maps is ban in china?
Even if you travel to china u cant access play store lol.
Anonymous, 01 Jun 2019Without evidence US is banning every relationship with huawei. If i was the governor in china... moreChina is a bit smarter then USA. If they do that, they cut a loooot of income, so they ain't going to do it. Infact this ban hurts micron more then huaway... Tramp is d'''er then a 5 years old.
YAP Rony, 01 Jun 2019who actually will benefit from all these ban?Japanese
Thanks god I've never bought Huawei phone. But I'm not hater. Their phones are good too.
john, 01 Jun 2019US is not targeting china alone for that. they are targeting a specific company HUAWEI which i... moreit's pretty obvious that America losing the 5G race and see zero chance of winning, thus targeting Huawei trying to force Huawei give up their 5G to America
why? America enjoyed payment for usage of 4G patents, rights. etc... they wanna continue drinking honey from 5G
everyone will be more hurt than huawei in max 2 years when huawei become 100% indipendent
and pass samsung for #1 spot
Anonymous, 01 Jun 2019The US is stabbing itself more than Huawei or China hahahamaybe your phone stabbing you haha
s4f786, 01 Jun 2019Huawei said it right, this move will hurt US companies than it will them actually its not. if huawei can get 100% the population of asian countries then yes but if its not huawei will hurt so bad. i doubt huawei can get 100% its still peoples choice they can not force people to use their product like me i rather use keypad phones rather than 'smartphones' my keypad phone is smart enough for me. i use more pc than a phone because my pc can help me with my 3d designs / my ui/ux side
Huawei said it right, this move will hurt US companies than it will them
Without evidence US is banning every relationship with huawei.
If i was the governor in china i would also cut every export to the US to teach them a lesson.
