Arent Play.com breaking the consumer law? Why falsely put up a release date when that is not even confirmed from Sony? Interesting this....... hmmmmmmm! This does make Sony look bad, which isnt even fair as they are starting from scratch, if this was Apple their would be a lawsuit going in straight away no doubt!

They said it all along that the release date is March, but Play.com is just getting over themselves and declaring the date without knowing the real release date at all.

Again a delay? Sony Ericsson made great phones but always came too late because of delays. I hope it's not the same with Sony now.

Xperia S release date was always for the first week in March, it was only play.com that got ahead of themselves with a release date in January. Hopefully it will still be available for early March.

Gues what happens next: on 12th February Play will delay the shipping date to the beginning of March. I can't think otherwise like this is an unfair behavior in order to attract customers thinking they will get the phone earlier than with the other retailers. If the phone is not on sale on the 13th, people should stop supporting Play.com
