Anonymous, 13 Jun 2019Mi Band can use with spotify?I can control spotify and youtube with it. Make sure to enable it in the mi fit app settings
Anonymous, 11 Jun 2019They put NFC on their cheap Mi Band but not on their midrange smartphones. Nice one Xiaomi, ve... moreits a great thought.. then you have to buy the watch to get nfc after buying the phone = more profit to them ^^
The only missing thing for me would be Xiao AI capability to understand English. That's it.
I saw it on AliExpress, going $39 for China normal version. I think I will wait a bit.
SilentAsian11, 11 Jun 2019I have mi band 1 :D I think I might buy the one with NFCWell, this might be worth is then. (;
Andy93, 11 Jun 2019Their 24 USD Mi Band has NFC but the 250 USD Redmi Note 7 Pro doesn't. Phone companies don't d... moreDoes their 33* USD band also have a massive screen, huge battery, metal body, speakers, SD6/700 series processor, 4GB+ RAM, 32GB+ storage, multiple cameras, fingerprint sensor, Power Adapter and such other things?
Or are you empty at the top floor?
Vishnu, 11 Jun 2019They put an AMOLED display on their wrist band but not on their mid-range phones or even POCO?... moreShow me a Mi band without an OLED display.
This is pretty stupid really. LCDs are awful for bands like this.
Someone's selling the Global mi band 4 without NFC on aliexpress for £40. Think I'd rather wait for the global release and then get it. Xiaomi UK website is selling the band 3 for £26.99, which I think is a very respectable and reasonable price considering what you're getting with it and considering the price bump when Xiaomi releases a product in the UK...
Anonymous, 11 Jun 2019So shall I assume the announcement of Bip 2 is also nearby or should I get the Bip 1 right now?Bip 2 was also annouced alongside the verge 2.
Tee, 11 Jun 2019As an owner of the Mi Band 3, this is a worthy upgrade. I disagree. It's adding basically a color display. And nfc if you wanna go for it. But neither of those are worth buying the new version for, if you own a band 3. I mean of course it's cheap and one might argue "why not?", but that's the kind of argument which shows what's wrong with our society nowdays.
Anonymous, 11 Jun 2019Is amoled that important?Don't challenge your preference with others, it will never end. Those greyish black on typical LCD hurt my eyes a bit, while amoled give me more comfort. I do know LCD provide better color representation than over saturated amoled, but to my very sensitive eyes amoled really put my eyes on rest (just keep the brightness in low).
