Kiyasuriin, 22 Jun 2019Yes. Hz means Actions done per seconds. since we're talking about a screen. a refresh rate of ... moreExactly! So. we'll need an equal or say better hardware (gpu + Cpu) to push a 120fps. Or else it'll remain as a gimmick.

JoelRaj-1002, 21 Jun 2019What do you mean? Hz and fps... Do you understand them?Yes. Hz means Actions done per seconds. since we're talking about a screen. a refresh rate of 120 Hz would mean also 120 FPS (FRAMES per second. and since we're talking about things per second.) we're finding out that 120 FPS=120 Hz.

JoelRaj-1002, 21 Jun 2019What do you mean? Hz and fps... Do you understand them?Hz (Hertz) literally means cycles per second; it refers to the refresh rate of the screen. Most screens cycle at 60 Hz. If the Hz are higher, the video content will generally appear more smooth and buttery. But, if the FPS (Frames Per Second) are lower, there will be no advantage. Most videos, like MP4's, are filmed at 30 FPS. In this case, 30 Hz is perfectly sufficient. Using a higher refresh rate will not make any difference. That is why I leave the Hz setting on Auto; no need to drain the battery faster if the content will look no better.
When looking for new games, many higher end mobile game apps will advertise as FPS type games. This means they play at higher FPS (usually 60 FPS), and therefore the higher Hz can be used.

Let's say if you are buying a PC with a GTX 1080 or RTX 207l0, or at least GTX 1070. That's kinda graphics you get with the PS4 and XBox! Also there are some Console games that can't be played in PC. But the graphics of a well built PC can't be matched with a PS4 for now! Let's see what the next gen of consoles bring us

Taatguythere, 20 Jun 2019What are you talking about?? There are more games on on phones than ps4 has!He certainly has a point you know, just try to compare the games PS4 have with the Play Store. You just can get a PS4 + Asus Zenfone 6 for almost the same price, right? Also, you need to compromise on Cam Spec if you are opting for a gaming phone. Again then comes the life of the phone and Android itself. Also, how much difference you'll get in Playing the PUBG in ROG phone 2 with the Zenfone 6? Only drawback the Zenfone 6 has is the display and I kinda understand now why!
