as soon as I saw this I thought "Is that an iPhone?"(and I hate iPhones, then I read the headline smh very poor & sad samsung. then I saw the specs.WTH sammy? this is a 2007 level phone, I guess it will be going to the lower market, but still...then again for the right price I guess it's "OK".

Do folks on this site ever read the print written by the editors on this site when they clearly input the following words: FEATURE PHONE, only then to come out saying it's got a lack of features. What were you expecting, Mercedes S Class tech and specs for a low price?
Feature phone = low end budget phone in case you didn't know or you just couldn't be bothered to read everything.

This phone is absolutely stupid. I work in a phone shop and when the Star II came out I didn't sell a single one because it cost £80. We also sell a Galaxy Apollo for £80 or a Europa for £50 which one would you buy?
In fact the biggest selling phone of Christmas 2010 the Original Tocco lite where I was selling about 15 units a day barely sold any last Christmas because of the cheap android phones available.

Samsung Star sold a lot of units for Samsung. It's like their 3310 before the Galaxy line-up showed up. They should pay homage and at least create a high-end version for the Star :p
