Hmm..., 04 Jul 2019Don't be surprised, their clientele has & will ask the most silliest questions they expect... moreDon't be to sure about that. I used to work for a customer service department with Apple and believe me, agents are polite because they need to earn money and sometimes you are truly polite with the customer if he is a kind with you. But the true is that most of the customers are racist even if you are American but you have to help them. Let me give you an example, certain day a customer call the store regarding an issue with his WiFi but he was already angry and start talking with foul language, etc. The problem was that the customer was not able to turn the WiFi feature on, kindly, I explained the procedures to turn this feature on (Basic procedures, just by scrolling down the screen you are able to turn this on) and he still stated that we were s*** and that he hopefully was going to change his device since, he was not going to deal with us. I mean, as a human I was able to understand his concern but this is something very simple ( to turn a feature on), I guide him, provided the instructions the easiest way and he still was angry and start using racism. This happens with the 70-80% of customers, it does not matter the company, this is always like this.

From turning it on, change settings, to asking how to order grocery from a 3rd party app. They will politely help & resolve all issues revolving from their services to their products. The service is top notch making you feel welcome and patiently listening to your issue & asking if there are other problems that need resolving.
The iPhone users didn't even know 5G was a thing....

For sure I know that iPhone experience is great and simple but many of their owners cannot handle basic tasks. People contact customer service just to know how to access the general settings, I mean, c'mon. Is like you said, maybe you are in a 5 stars hotel but you are not going to ask where is the bed, right?

They make it simple to use with services & security as easy as possible. Hence hassle free, worry free of course it is for those that can afford it. Think of it as a 5 star hotel vs a trailer park, one does everything for you so you don't need to. While the other one requires you to do everything yourself from cooking to security.
Anonymous, 02 Jul 2019Yes, and half* of Americans voted for Trump, what's your point? *actually less than halfVery true of Americans. Many live on gut feeling...
Hahahaha I cant believe this. Most of the Americans iPhone users cant even access the settings of their phones. Siri was created for this kind of people, since they cannot even look for a simple application on their device. Customer service departments are pissed off already, specially with iPhone users since some of them don't know how to access Settings or how to take the SIM card out of the phone. There is something called "Phone's Manual", this people cant even take a look at this in order to check the basic information about the phone. If you do not know how to use a new Smart Phone and you cant read the instructions for this, just don't buy it.
This shows you how iPhone users don't care too much about the phone on their hands, because they got better things to do and talk about other than a mobile phone.
Interesting!
The 5G thing is because some carrier in us has changed 4G LTE/4G+ to 5G(only name and icon has changed not actual tech or speed)
Like with all the new iphone videos when someone asked people on the street what they think about the new iphone while showed them the old phone and everyone were like wow it's so fast and so on while none of them made difference is it new or old.
This might be one of the worst discussion on this server in a long time... Seems that barely anyone actually took the time to read the full article. The surveyed people were asked to pick their phone model from a selection of pictures - NOT to name it. So maybe, just maybe it could be that some of them just picked a wrong combination of glass-notch/punch hole-bezels-buttons which - to be honest - isn't that surprising nowadays. Also, let's not pretend that the tech community is just a sliver of the world's population; mocking people who just don't understand your subject of work/interest as much as you 'cause it doesn't bring them that much joy or they don't have time is not fair and really not the way to connect with other people. First of all, try to answer yourself: Honestly, how many of your relatives and friends are 100% able to pick their phone model or even name it (and give someone an hour-long lecture about it like you could)? ;) I can imagine that someone who buys a phone for work or everyday use spends just the necessary time to research the market and forgets all the new knowledge minutes after hitting the "Buy now" button (or just asks some tech-literate friend for some tips). Really, not everyone enjoys roaming eshop pages filed with black rectangles with wildly varying price tags :D
By the way, not without interest - another graph in the article shows that more surveyed Samsung owners believed they have a 5G-capable device than Apple owners. Doesn't sound like the Samsung owners are better educated tech-wise, maybe more misled by carriers? :)
That's because Samsung always feature an ad on boot up: "Samsung Galaxy S10+ secured by Knox Powered by Android". Apple don't inject ads on their phones
Lol, 03 Jul 2019Lol arm is British won by Japan Back to school its never been discuss an never been a subject in my class, so what kind of school is it? XD
iPhone users only it since it look expensive, kinda like Gucci clothing...
Do not stop consuming so you get time to think. Just consume.

"Survey of 2,000 U.S. consumers, age 18+ who currently own a Smartphone."
A strong correlation between the "crappyness" of the device and the owner not knowing which device it actually is.
This is easily the best confirmation of the stereotype that iphone users are . . . a bit blank* :-)

for all s...$$-es: I will believe that you are smarter than americans, or whatever other nationalities..., only after similar studies will be performed in your countries and the results made public.
