dump this windows rubbish and carry on with android maybe you could start rolling updates alot quicker and produce handsets that dont lag and have software issues....

NFC? Since when does Windows Phone support NFC? I thought this feature would come with Apollo and not with Tango. But if the leaked specs are true, then i guess that even the Lumia 900 got a "hidden" NFC chip, which will be activated at some point.

WP7 is so boring and ugly with the gigantic space-wasting tiles made for people with eye-problems, every phone from Nokia and LG and HTC and Samsung and... have identical user-interface, and they all can install the "hacked" Nokia Drive...!

Anonymous, 07 Feb 2012The WP7 march continues at a steady pace. Chipping slowly at Android. Keep up the good work. I agree, but chipping VERY slowly may have been a far better choice of words. Tell me just ONE thing that a WP has the advantage over Android? The fact you are LOCKED into content, even to the point of having no darn memory card slots. If Microsoft want to lock you in to THEIR approved content then the phones should come FREE (even on pre-pay/PAYG), as they could afford to subsidise them like a Kindle pad.

Microsoft are very anxious to get a toe and maybe a leg into the smartphone market, but sales tell a different story. IT IS NOT WHAT PEOPLE WANT!
One day the staff at Microsoft, sadly, may again see windows.....loads of them(some broken)in their abandoned office blocks. I don't blame LG for manufacturing phones on various formats,(shame Nokia did not), but at least with LG they have a broad base of phones on different o/s. Samsung have been leading the market recently in almost every area (ALL mainly Android).

Anonymous, 07 Feb 2012.... WP7 actually ended 2011 with 1.4% global market share, 30% market share loss compared to ... moreWP7 is advancing very well. It does its two speeds very well; namely stop and reverse! For MS and WP7 the new forwards is known by everyone else as backwards!!

It is well named as it will take a miracle for it to sell in sufficient quantities.

WP has alot of promise, but i won't be getting one untill apollo comes allowing multi-cores cpu, more ram, higher screen resolution and micro SD support,, it seems pointless to buy a windows phone right now with these limitations, but next year i'm sure it will be monstrous (will if the world survived 2012 anyhow!).

Anonymous, 07 Feb 2012this phone looks pretty good.It looks good? You need to have your eyes checked. It looks like a generic Android phone and it doesn't look special. The Lumia 900 looks way better.
