Anonymous, 05 Jul 2019Nowadays notches were eliminated by stable motorized or flip camera, why still have notch phones?Every design has its pros and cons. Under display camera will solve it all and probably prevail when it's full quality. For now everyone can choose depending on preferencies.

for now based to other specs of it , this device worth 276$ for a sd730 6/64
in plus the price will down quickly of lenovo devices
look at to lenovo z6 youth, now 153$ for 4/64
just introduce a device with sd710 & 153$ price with specs of z6 youth with global rom
the weight of z6, 32gr lesser than k20 & k20 pro
51gr lesser than weight of a80 also 8mm smaller than it
GSMA put 120HZ on specs list same as 1+7Pro etc. (those real) maybe for reason so RR 120 could be real. We'll wait and see.
So far I wouldn't choose this one against Mi 9T because there is no global version what means unsupported bands and lack of full-featured software even if custom ROM etc. including locked bootloader... it's already written about it here (I'm no Lenovo phones expert though, correct me if you are better informed). Real life camera quality is also yet to see. So guys hold your horses for now especially if you are not in China, this could be interesting offer for best SD 730/upper midranger phone or maybe just NOT.
Generally I do request such display. Since AMOLEDs are already pushing IPS away to history (not including cheaper phones), producers should focus on creating and providing this feature so that people don't suffer from those flickering any more, instead of increasing pixel count that nobody needs. (I wish Mi 9T had one ;) )

Triple camera where one is depth sensor meaning it's a dual camera.
Great Sony sensor does not help when the imaging software still produces less than optimal image quality.
Then there's the software bit, last years Z5 still hasn't received official Pie update, and the next OS version is coming up soon. Only beta for the Chinese Z5 is available.
So for 15 EUR more we can get notchless dsiplay, a proper triple camera on the back, great image quality and very good aftermarket support on software. It's not a difficult choice this, it's very easy to go for the Xiaomi.
Anonymous, 05 Jul 2019Nowadays notches were eliminated by stable motorized or flip camera, why still have notch phones?you wanna flip camera, go for zenfone z6 with ips display
or motorized cam, gor for k20 without sdcard
otherwise go for flagship phones more than 450,500$ or even more you must pay
see, all of them have a lag in something
but for now lenovo z6 its best in this price, 276$
6/64, 4000mah, sdcard+dual sim, sd730, 159gr, slim body, usb type c, 120hz refresh display like all iphones, super amoled, under display fingerprint, sony imx576 triple cam, hdr10+ screen, dolby atmos, nfc, 3.5mm jack
a50 of galaxy have close specs, but this have so much better chipset

Perhaps if rooting and spoofing the device ID it may be possible, but it will be wonky for other aspects of the device.

Best to stay away from such. This is also why google started the whole supported devices thing, to block such devices from their apps and services.

Yes, this is no match for the Mi 9T as the Mi 9T offers... moreI personally found the Lenovo Z6 Pro more interesting than the Xiaomi Mi 9, but their UI and software updates are the things that turned me down, so now I'm looking for a Redmi K20 Pro 256 GB.
There are some Lenovo phones that ships with some sort of 'global ROM-firmware' but it's like 90% translated, when you choose spanish for example, there are still some english left in the settings and quick toggles, it uses Google contact and message for the global ROM but I noticed it's not up to date compared to the chinese ROM.
Notch. That's a no buy from me. All they had to do was not have a notch. The chin already has a few milimeters of blank glass... The speaker audio must suck.
Expecting a pretty crappy fingerprint scanner too, would prefer rear mounted like their Youth Edition, sad that Chinese companies are only using rearmounted due to using cheap screens and not for the increased reliability. Gorilla glass 6 would have been nice.
Screen body ratio and in screen fingerprint must be a Chinese market buzzwords. And what is with printing a barely-English description of your camera system on the back?
make 4/64 version
the price will be equal with 6/128 version of lenovo z6 youth
say no to back glass
its broken & easy to cracking @ fallen on ground
just aluminium & metal , if is not use them, use plastic

They have been doing same thing since time immemorial to make their phones feel smoother, and i have heard some people claim that their iphone screen refreshes at 120 Hz. It ain't s2pid as long as it works
Gman717, 04 Jul 2019Is there a difference between sampling rate and refresh rate or do they mean the same thing? B... moreIt has a 60Hz screen.
The "120Hz sampling rate" is basically a lie, or a marketing jargon. You might see (very) slight improvements during scrolling or fast-paced object movement, but it won't be as good as the Nubia and RoG's true-90Hz scrolling. Not to mention the true-120Hz of the Razer Phone and iPad Pro.
Regardless, the current lineup of the Midrange Lenovo Z6-Lite, Midrange Lenovo Z6, and the Upper-Midrange Lenovo Z6 Pro are very good. Great in terms of performance, camera, screen, battery life, ports, and styling. And they're very competitive, especially on price.
And as a last minute surprise, Lenovo has really stepped back on their ZUI OS, and made each of these phones using a very Stockish-OS. So there's little bloat, more memory, responsiveness, and battery life compared to their older generations. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if these phones became cult-classics with the Custom Rom community.
