Apple attempt to ban the Samsung Galaxy Nexus Comments

with reguards to the fourth patent,,in 2004 i bought a Moto A835 and when i went to type in text it give me options to complete a full sentence previously entered or word suggestion..So how come apple come along and patent it? apple is loosing customers as it is a boring O/S and a horrible,horrible company..Ever since it come onto the scene its caused trouble and banished my beloved clamshell/slider/candybar real button smartphones..There are so many apple haters and its growing ..

Why are Apple in possession of patents for "inventions" that were not invented by Apple themselves? This is stupid and it's tantamount to bullying tactics, not IP protection. If Apple can only compete against Android by constantly suing Android-focused manufacturers, it shows they lack the necessary vision to outsell Android devices on the strength of features alone. The more suits Apple lodge, the more I loathe the company. Moreover, why should there be patents for features such as the number recognition, or search features?! Such features pre-date the iPhone (vide Sony Ericsson k750i, for instane), or several iterations Microsoft Windows for that matter as well as Windows Mobile 6.1. How come Apple now decide who gets to implement these features given that they themselves are copying others' inventions? Also, what about the notification bar drop-down that they so obviously copied off Android?!
Seriously, Apple you make people hate you as much as you make your users adore you as if you're God's gift to us.

Apple alone holds 39% market share of smartphones(in U.S.). But then again it's not Samsung they are after. Its Android. Android has more than half of smartphone market share(again,in U.S.). And you know the reason why? Because Android OS is way better than iOS. But Apple already knows that. Thats why they are tryin really hard to ban ICS.

Apple stole the wheel steer of ipod from Tony Fadell and copied notification bar and lock screen and and Wallpapers customizable and Wireless Updates alot of stuffs from Android

This is so silly.
Whichever patenting system accepted these features to be patented must've been so clueless.
Alot of these "patents" have been used in computer systems long before smartphones.
I hope Apple dies. In Sweden there are already more Android users over iOS users.

Apple is ridiculous, trying to get competitors away, not being better than they. Stupid. This funcion of recognizing a phone number, internet/e-mail address on messages or web I had years before the iPhone was even lauched, on my Sony Ericsson Z530i.
Many of these patents are so generical than patenting hot dogs as yours because you added your own sauce on them, after that everybody must pay you to make any hot dog.
This whole patent war is ridiculous, just like children telling momy that his friend won his on video game.
