megapixel is not enough.. sensor size is more important if you are talking about camera quality. 40mpx handphone camera with small size sensor wont beat DSLR 12mbp FULL frame sensor!!!

someone told about quadcore beast from samsung and htc.for heavens sake first optimise the os on dual core phone.i use a galaxy r and i knows how lumia 800 works better than my device on a crappy hardware.whats the case of android phones like going to a race with best car without realising the tyre is punctured.i wont be buying the n8 sucessor coz im not a camera bluff,but ill definitely consider a return to nokia with windows phone 8 if android continues this trend.

I don't know why most of u are bashing nokia.My friends and relatives doesn't care about the OS's . They only care about camera,and play quality videos and it should stream youtube videos.If everything is there they will buy the phone. And Nokia is known for reliability in our country so nokia is the top priority.

My sister in law has two handsets, an N8 and a galaxy s2; One is a personal phone (N8) and the other was given to her by the company she's working for.
Out of curiosity, I asked her opinion of the GS2; her response - "I don't use it. I still use my phone (the N8)".
Do you fanboys really believe that Joe average gives a flying fart about RAM, dual cores, and high res' screens, not to mention android or ice cream sandwich??

The N8 was kind of like a small jab at Canon and Nikon, this one tho.. this is going to be bring that to a proper boxing match.

[deleted post]i was thinking samsung makes some ugly phones ... galaxy note for example ... if i am using that phone to talk it looks like i am hiding my face and walking or probably use it to play table tennis .. lol

cmos, 22 Feb 2012I see lots of color noise in the shadows, so if these photos really comes from a next gen came... morePlease keep in mind that the video is under Youtube's crappy video compression. I bet the real thing is way better than what's shown in this video.
