Anonymous, 20 Aug 2019So then if thats true why would you need to download an ad blocker ??Ad Blocker for internet and turning off adds for a normal phone usage without internet.
Because in Xiaomi phones many adds works even without wifi or data connection.
CptPower, 15 Aug 2019All xiaomi adds can be turned off in settings. Also adblocker downloaded from google helps a lot.So then if thats true why would you need to download an ad blocker ??
Already under 400 Euro online. I bet it will come down to 350 Euro in 2-3 months
The presell is also available on AliExpress for 406€. I'd wait until launch day before buying though. There's still a massive price gap between this and the K20 Pro. I'll probably pull the trigger if it reaches $350 within the next month or so, otherwise it's kinda hard to justify over a Mi 9.
UrsuGras, 14 Aug 2019Galaxy S10 Plus 550EUR in Europe? In which dream, bro? Samsung S10 Plus starts at 750EUR in Eu... moreS10 plus starts at 710 euros here in Slovakia.
And S10e is from 523 euros in Slovakia
Still Redmi K20 pro is a lot better device its equal on benchmark scores and dont have Samsung crappy add-ons and bloatware.
alex, 14 Aug 2019does this phone have ads as well? All xiaomi adds can be turned off in settings.

Devil, 14 Aug 2019Xiaomi, where is Pocophone F2? This is pocophone F2 but it have different name.
Anonymous, 14 Aug 2019Might as well buy a real Q1 flagship for this price since the prices went down a lot. There is no real flagship this is equal to anything other same benchmark score because of same CPU GPU and Ram and batery capacity.
Your real Q1 flagship will cost usualy more with tons of useless overpriced burden like features.
Devil, 14 Aug 2019Xiaomi, where is Pocophone F2? I'd like to know as well. Maybe it's launching and there's been a news blackout for the F2?
alex, 14 Aug 2019does this phone have ads as well? It's going to be EU ROM so a 99.9% change it won't . Only time u see ads is Indian and Chinese ROM
alex, 14 Aug 2019does this phone have ads as well?No it's been confirmed it won't have ads like the Poco

Samsung S10 Plus starts at 750EUR in Europe, considering VAT, commercial surpluses from vendors etc. Stop bullshitting please.
Mi 9T Pro at 480EUR will blow that shit out of the water in terms of price / performance. Only the small S10e can be found at 480EUR in Europe and that would be a decent competitor for the Mi 9T Pro. Smaller form factor (which might be a strong advantage for some customers), much smaller battery, no telephoto camera, IP68 rating.
Anonymous, 14 Aug 2019It's actually way cheaper than this on AliExpress, that's where I got mine. However, European ... moreI'm a European guy. Doesn't mean I like to get ripped off aha. The price wouldn't have been so bad if it launched a few months ago. But good phones like the S10+ are around 550 now so it makes it a lot less competitive. Honor View 20 8/256 version is going for around 350
Dreamrunner, 14 Aug 2019Don't forget about EU import charges. Plus, EU sellers do actually stock their products, which... moreWell,mate..
First,if you order from China your Mi9,many sellers are offering delivery via some EU warehouse. That service usually cost $27(24euro).In that case, you don't have to pay import tax/custom fees or VAT,of course,if you're ordering from EU.The ONLY difference between your Mi9 from China and the one bought in Europe is warranty. Why would you send your broken phone to China?Usual things that happen:new USB type-c charging slot,Sim card slot, headphone jack,earpiece,microphone..all those parts cost $1-3,retail,at AliExpress.Plus $20 for fitting. So,why pay,say,$150+ more in Europe for the same phone?$20-30 for the warranty, fine, but $150,that's a ripp off..I've ordered few phones so far,no bad experiences whatsoever. If something happens with them I'll pay for the repair at any local store, for helluva lot less than that "EU warranty" price..
This phone compared to the MI9 is just a slight spec bump. Improved battery, game turbo 2.0(MI9 probably supports 2.0 with OTA update) and pop up camera. But yet the pro has gorilla glass 5, the cameras are a downgrade compared to the MI9, both support 27 fast watt charging but include 18w. I don't think this phone will launch in the UK, not when the MI9 has only came out here 4 months ago. If it does manage to get a launch in the UK, I'm expecting this to be overpriced, especially when the MI 9 (6GB/64GB) on the Xiaomi website sells for £500 and the (6GB/128GB) sells for £550

Plus, EU sellers do actually stock their products, which requires infrastructure and people (at EU salaries) to take care of handling and shipment. But most importantly - you get the EU warranty and product return rights. Go and try to convince your regular Chinese online retailer that you want your item returned - they will advise you to stick you request in where the sun doesn't shine.

I don't wanna risk getting a chinese version. I'd rather get the global one but expensive indeed...
