[deleted post]again, apple did not invented all the involved elements, they just were the first to integrate all of them in a single device that, again, currently is defined as a smartphone. if you need to feel stupid, who I am to argue?
Dr. Chillo, 23 Aug 2019Actually iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 wasn't that bad cause all others weren't much better but now is... moreYes you are right ! Even days light photo taken with iPhone at base ISO is noisy. so, you can easily imagine how worse it will perform in low light...
AnonD-706668, 23 Aug 2019Yes exactly! Apple has very bad low light performance...I bought iPhone 5s and iPhone 6s...and... moreActually iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 wasn't that bad cause all others weren't much better but now is another history. Just take a look at Photos made by Pixel 3, Galaxy Note 8,9 or S8, S9, Huaweit mate 20, 20 Pro or P20, P20 Pro and the King of cameras Huawei P30, P30 Pro. They are years ahead of iPhones. I bet not even 2022 iPhones will be good enough to compete with these cameras specially with Huawei's camera technology.
Dr. Chillo, 23 Aug 2019For sure iPhone 11's camera can compete with Pixel or Pixel 2, Galaxy S9 Huawei mate 10 camera... moreYes exactly! Apple has very bad low light performance...I bought iPhone 5s and iPhone 6s...and it was great mistake of my life to bought an iPhone for lowlight Photography
For sure iPhone 11's camera can compete with Pixel or Pixel 2, Galaxy S9 Huawei mate 10 camera. Apple is always years behind of all other companies even from dead one like HTC and LG.
I don’t believe in iPhone low light performance. Even my Galaxy note 8 takes better detailed photo than iPhone X and iPhone XR
pajson89, 23 Aug 2019another midrange phone for 1200eurosWow, a midrange phone with class leading performance, one of the very best and most accurate screens in the market, one of the top tier camera's, premium look and feel. All in a mid range phone. Crazy
[deleted post]yes, because your opinions can be taken very seriously with a username like that.
Please, enlighten me about the amazing innovation that you're favourite phone manufacturer is producing. This new iPhone will be the expected upgrade, same as S9 to S10, P20 to P30 etc. It's not unique to Apple at all. And to be honest, I'm more interested in what you actually expect? iPhone's will always be mainstream products designed for the many. Won't have gimmicky features that aren't ready for primetime yet
Geek94, 23 Aug 2019I agree with all the patents and how a smartphone is created but what you defined as a smartph... morehttps://www.lexico.com/en/definition/smartphone
"A mobile phone that performs many of the functions of a computer, typically having a touchscreen interface, Internet access, and an operating system capable of running downloaded apps"
this is exactly what apple offered as a package
if you have difficulties in comprehending texts, from my previous post: "... iPhone, invented what is currently perceived as a "smartphone" and what defines it: display, no physical keyboard, possibility to install applications, aso. of course there were the "ancestors" ". this covers most of what you said....
I don't think that's enough for the amount of money invested. What about the battery? Will anyone at apple finally realize that battery is an important factor?
SA-Saffer, 23 Aug 2019Apple finally trying to catch up, hopefully by 2020 we will see an decent phone againDid Apple boy stole your girlfriend?
Apple finally trying to catch up, hopefully by 2020 we will see an decent phone again
Looks like Face ID going to step to the whole new level, awesome! It's already so much better than Touch ID and now it looks like Apple going to remove two last cons from it.
Anonymous, 23 Aug 2019huawei has all of 5g patents. if they dont allow, nobody will use 5gWRONG, huawei does not have/own ALL 5g patents, huawei has some, other companies have some others, you are utterly blinded or misguided about huawei having ABSOLUTE control over 5G, yes huawei is a very important player in the 5g arena, but by no means is the only one developing the technology
geekacontra, 22 Aug 2019yah, sure, it extremely important to know exactly who invented all things... it is vital to su... moreI agree with all the patents and how a smartphone is created but what you defined as a smartphone is completely and utterly fabricated. It is true people link the exponential growth of the smartphone industry along with the iPhone ( and respect where due it is true) but smartphones existed way before. The Blackberry phones were the forefront of traditional smartphones before the iPhone came about and the IBM Simon Personal Communicator lay stone to what a smartphone is. Blackberry was the first smartphone to actually provide what could be called a good smartphone. The first iPhone? Innovative with the touch display? Yes. User friendly and had necessary options? That it did not. It couldn't connect to private email servers and frankly was just an iPod with cellular service. Blackberry on the other hand provided all this without the ease of a touchscreen. That was a true smartphone compared to the iPhone. Now things have changed greatly with Apple, Huawei and Samsung bringing out great smartphones each year but get your facts straight pal. :)
VladTheImplaler, 23 Aug 2019Who cares who invented what? As long as Apple has the best implementation, I’m in. Apple Fanboy detected
