        Microsoft don't seem to be as well.

        cap video at 720p and cap CPUs at dual core.

        If they keep that attitude, no wonder Japanese phone makers go android. And Flagship Models from LG and Samsung have to be android to show of the hardware freedom.

I don't know for WP7, but for WP8, which is sharing the same code base with windows 8, should be easily tweaked for x86 instruction sets used by intel. With this combo, next gen WP and Windows Tablets might be became new trends.

              intel cpu with power vr gpu is the future.no semiconductor technology can beat intel.exynos,tegra,snapdragon,omap dont have advanced technology that of intel.they are way way... behind of giant intel.intel has starting dominating and making their place for future.
