Anonymous, 06 Sep 2019Squeezing the brain trying to justify HMD is not worth it for former Nokia fans. There is no w... moreBut looking at it, the v shape or water drop screen is present in almost any phone and brand I can say they are not using eyebrows like apple iPhone models because of screen ratio or trending it could be 1 options many strategies, appealing for trending, money or nostalgia? The design is a satin mate finish with a round up camera like old Lumia, nice try but not enough right?, Anyway even if I am optimistic with their choices I can even say apple have done the same strategies and they update a long list of old phones with old hardware and still today their software and hardware are doing well but...is ok to apply the same logic and criticism to the some selected hardware from X brand even when almost every brand do the same in almost every device we have!? Fair or not fair? The deception we have is not anything else than putting too much high expectations on something you don't create, nor think how would it fit every person and their daily life that is why I do not criticize any brand if not I wonder, is that what I needed?, Does this devices fit with my life style?, If not then is not made for me.

SD660 is nearly 3 yrs older and i don't think support single 48MP camera. When HMD is going to realize midrange competition?

Squeezing the brain trying to justify HMD is not worth it for former Nokia fans. There is no way to justify the price of these phones.

They are clearly below the competition and only looking for tricks to make people believe that they are premium when they are not really up to what they ask. Old hardware, old tricks, old all. At the end their look is too generic too, the most generic front between chinese phones.

Looking at the date and extras for each phone they are really trying to appeal for a premium feel cheaper phone and think this just looking at the specs; they don't use a new processor for the base model to Lower the price instead they equipped the phone with some extras to pump even more the phones and squeeze to the max is just my thoughts, are they doing some experiments with older technology?, Are 2 years not enough to squeeze the hardware to the max capacity which companies are doing the same!? Or are the other companies just selling new hardware and and not squeezing their hardware like some do and add some extras like HMD are doing with older technology making it feel like premium devices.

what I can assume from those phones are the base, a cheaper grade version of their premium mid range phones; explaining myself and being somewhat optimistic (if they fix the name scheme) the X.x model are the or meanwhile the are the .

dbjungle, 05 Sep 2019The phones look nice, but the 660 and 636 seem like a bit of a missed opportunity. The 670 or... moreOnly from back it look great. The cutout really is annoying. Most disturbing experience.. equal sized bezels would have been much better.
Still I'm against the use depth sensor. Which doesn't boost image quality.
