But then again, if this is the A20 as the other said. The phone is selling for $249USD it is more expensive than the mi A1, mi A2 and the new mi A3 Android one phone.
For that price, I'd rather get a Android one from xiaomi, at least that I don't have to deal with Samsung's app.

so basically they re-released galaxy a20? can someone explain why samsung keeps releasing a phone every few days?
Anonymous, 12 Sep 2019Droidone is not needed because one ho is basically stock android with only essential features.... moreEssential features? What essential features?
There's no point for that in budget phone and that's why Android One phone are great, it is clean and smooth and if you're a regular smartphone user, Android one and stock Android is everything that you need, the rest are apps that you download from play store.
If you have a hdTV at home, the xiaomi mi A series can be your TV remote control as well.
USB type C in budget smart phones :) Just compare Realme 5 vs Galaxy A20, Realme 5 Battery SOT 8-10hrs n charging time 3hrs but in Galaxy A20 SOT nearly 15hrs n Fast Charging just 1hr 30 mins from 0-100. But expert suggest off Fast Charging for long run battery life even if u off Fast Charging u will see the difference 10mins not more than that.
AnonD-778465, 12 Sep 2019Don't know about other countries. But here in India, stock android are limited to advanced use... moreWow that's just sad. With the xiaomi mi A1, A2( even the A3 although many people don't like it). These are the best budget phone out there, better than any other Android One phone OEM ATM. Cheap, decent spec and smooth too.
And consider how clean, how fast they get updates and that price tag ( it is basically a must buy phone for any kids that isn't a high schooler and/or any adult that 50 and up. ) The phone does everything that they need and there's no ads or any crap app from the OEM ( the A1 only got a TV remote control app and a feedback app from xiaomi). And I believe the same goes to other phone with IR blaster in xiaomi's phone.
Android one may get some limited access for other countries ( that I don't know). But here in the US ( home base), you can use everything that the phone us capable of, and it is definitely the best budget phone.
RT, 11 Sep 2019So basically its a rebranded galaxy A20.. Yes. Actually Samsung is more like car brand. I mean car brands like Suzuki, Honda ext have 5/6 models and every model has another 9/10 variants e.g. this has Touchscreen infotainment system, that has extra air bags, another has A.B.S. etc. So the buyer gets very confused and either ends with model which is over charged or one which has less features.
At this front, I like Xiaomi (I am not fan of them), at least they have Redmi series for budget category with 3/4 models, Mi A series as stock android with just one model, K series with 2 models for premium users and Poco as the gaming devices. No other craps to confuse buyers.
FromChinaWithLove, 11 Sep 2019I still don't get why Samsung doesn't want to put out any Android One phones. I mean if you ar... moreDon't know about other countries. But here in India, stock android are limited to advanced users or people who with technology background.
Most common folks doesn't have any idea of Stick android. They thought a phone is great as long as it has hundreds of apps even with frequent pop up irritating ads.
I show reviews of Mi A2/A3 in Amazon where buyers are complaining about lacks of pre build apps despite knowing that it is a stock android device. Regards.

Unfregginbelieveable!!!! Does Samsung want to destroy xiaomi red mi and realme? Cause that's how you do it
Immense value for money and top tier features at bottom dollar prices. Samsung user to avoid this to sell their top tier phones but not now! Great news for users...just wow
RT, 11 Sep 2019So basically its a rebranded galaxy A20.. Yes, but with a better value...
Anonymous, 11 Sep 2019Because if they do first they can't have any control over the sofwtare and not add any samsung... moreIsn't that they're already paying fees to Google anyway ( as long as the phone have Google services).
And I don't know you but xiaomi's crap phone are pretty great ( those Android One mi A series phone are awesome for the money that you're paying for ). And the point of Android One phone is that people doesn't want anything from OEM ( or at least cut out 95% of that).
Like xiaomi a1 Android one, it is cheap and a decent phone that can be a entertainment hub for many regular smartphone users ( especially elderly people, but not too old). Since the phone got infrared sensor and you can use it as your TV remote control( that's better than buying a regular TV remote control), + a Chromecast with a HD TV, you can cast and watch whatever you want on your TV from your phone.
They are clean and got updates fast.
"USB C" in its entry level M10s is Too Good! Thank you so much Sammy. Oppo, realme, Vivo,,etc have much to learn and catch up.
