Zackq, 15 Sep 2019Huami isn't owned by Xiaomi.Well, actually Huami's smartwatches are exclusive to Xiaomi brand and both are partners. It's written on their company's profile. So calling Huami's smartwatches are made by Xiaomi isn't wrong. But it's a different story with Amazfit which is Huami's own product without the help of Xiaomi.

Zackq, 15 Sep 2019Huami isn't owned by Xiaomi.Haumi is not fully owned by xaomi but the company and it's CEO own together around 40% of Haumis stocks, which is slightly more than Haumis CEOs stocks, making them the largest shareholder .

evidently you can compare smart watches

My one comment on this is the misnomer a watch us supposed to run more than 24 hours, more than 24 hours.
It becomes a period measurement device in the same category as a "countdown timer" or "stop watch"
These portable timepieces that run for more than 24 hours without charge are watches less than 24 hours are NOT watches but hey nobody is going to lose sleep over this... better charge your device to let you know how long you have been asleep

Apart from some features, no Gps or ECG sensor to begin with so nowhere near that competion. This Lenovo market target might be Huami Amazfit Bit, price range, similar battery (more on Bip) and design. But lenovo comes late cause Bip already as a sequel (GTS) announced and that one can compete with high ends (ECG not confirmed) and even kick their butts. Imagine an AW with a few better specs, around 150$ and 7-14 days battery life xD unfornately not a big fan of "square" smartwatches...when they come up with Amazfit GTR design with GTS specs including ECG i'll buy it for sure

Wellthe price is awesome. And 7 days battery life and features as well.
Same smartwatches by Apple or Samsung have maybe 12-18 hours of battery life cost 350 to 500 more euros and offer even less features and equal quality.
This ones are really great deal at that price range. Well done Lenovo.

Specs are OK but you must have a Lenovo phone as same brand will look cool plus Lenovo laptop will look even greater. Look what Apple fans actually do. I will buy a Xiaomi phone and Mi Band will look cool with it. Also Xiaomi WiFi router will be welcome as well.

Really ugly. But well, at that price... not bad in features.

Not for me. I don't buy watches with less than 5ATM protection against water, unexpected things can always happen.
